Ghana India Chamber Strengthens Investment Ties with GIPC

The Ghana India Chamber of Commerce (GICC), led by its Chairman, Mr. David Brian Obro, has paid an official visit to the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre (GIPC) as part of efforts to deepen economic cooperation between Ghana and India.

The visit focused on building strategic partnerships to promote investment opportunities in key sectors such as information technology, manufacturing, and textiles. The engagement forms part of the Chamber’s broader agenda to enhance bilateral trade and attract sustainable investments that will drive economic growth in both countries.

Speaking during the meeting, the Chief Executive Officer of GIPC, Mr. Simon Madjie, commended the Chamber for its proactive role in fostering strong business relations between Ghana and India. He emphasized the importance of sustained collaboration and encouraged the Chamber to intensify its efforts in facilitating investment-driven partnerships.

Both institutions reaffirmed their commitment to working closely to unlock new opportunities and strengthen the economic ties between the two nations.
